Serpeggiante Marble

serpeggiante marble

Serpeggiante marble is a variety of Trani marble extracted in Puglia on the slopes of the Gargano mainly in the municipality of Apricena, a very active area for the extraction of natural stones. Beige serpeggiante marble differs from the classic Trani marble due to the darker tone. In any case, it is a fine-grained marble with a warm beige color and characterized by the high presence of long and parallel veins that are lighter or darker than the background color.
