In the eastern desert in Egypt, a wonderful stone product called Egyptian beige marble is mined. Egyptian beige is one of the most famous marbles of this quarrying area and is in fact widely used in public buildings and urban construction. From a geomorphological point of view, Egyptian beige is a limestone whose formation is due to the stratification/sedimentation of the sandy rock which has given it the characteristic and elegant beige color.
Lighter beige styloites cover the surface of Egyptian beige giving it a “flowery” appearance with a strong visual impact: the exaltation of these designs is the reason why Egyptian beige marble is mostly cross-cut. Particularly appreciated with a brushed finish, this marble is gorgeous when placed in rustic settings for the creation of floors, walls with Egyptian beige tiles, sinks and kitchen countertops.
