Crema Luna limestone is a limestone characterized by warm beige tones and a uniform appearance. Crema Luna limestone comes from western France and, in particular, from the Dordogne area where it is extracted in good quantities.
Crema Luna limestone has a homogeneous color that can be more or less dark depending on the height from which it is extracted in the quarry. In addition, its surface has delicate traces of fossils and refined calcite crystals that give Crema Luna limestone an effect called “flowering “.
Although mainly used for interior decoration and furnishing, Crema Luna limestone is also installed in environments exposed to the elements due to its resistance to frost.
