INFORMATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AT THE INTERESTED PARTY

Dear interested party, we wish to inform you that the “European Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, as well as the free circulation of such data” (from now on “GDPR”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the websites in the domain of the owner, which is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties.

The personal data processed are solely those that the user provides by filling in the contact form and other data eventually provided by email or telephone, such as: name, surname, email, telephone number, residential address, and other various types of data.

3. Source of personal data

Personal data referred to D.E.SIGN S.r.l. will be in possession are provided directly by the interested party when filling the contact form.

4. Purpose of the processing

The processing of your data, collected and stored in connection with the compilation of this form, has your consent as its legal basis and is carried out to execute your specific request, derives from art. 6 (1) b) GDPR.

5. Data recipients

To execute your request, your personal data will be disclosed to identified and appointed persons, persons authorized to process data pursuant to Article 29 of Regulation 2016/679 / EU.

6. Rights of the interested party

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data, and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request the update, integration or correction (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03).
According to the same article, the user has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons, by contacting the data controller by sending an email to [email protected]

7. Duration of treatment

The processing will last no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected.

8. Mandatory or not of consent

We inform you that the provision of data for the fields indicated in the form is obligatory as they are the minimum necessary to be able to respond to your requests and their failure to do so will result in failure to submit the form.

9. Data processing methods

The personal data you provide will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations which the activity of the Data Controller is inspired by. The data will be processed both using IT tools and on paper and any other type of suitable support, in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided by the GDPR.

The consent is considered freely given by checking the box related to “I have read the information on the processing of personal data and I consent to their treatment for the purposes indicated”.
